MAZATZAL CASINO

The Mazatzal (MAD' uh-zell) Casino is located on the south end of Payson, Arizona on Highway 87, also known as the Beeline Highway. The 38,000 square foot casino is located on Tonto Apache Tribal land with beautiful views of the Mazatzal Mountains. Mazatzal Casino is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
